Pineapple: juice, puree, concentrate, frozen, aseptic

Once a food which only the rich could afford, this juicy sweet-acidic fruit is now available to everyone around the world, all year long. While Thailand and the Philippines provide smooth yellow cayenne varieties to 75%– 80% of the world market, no region produces a more consistently golden yellow as the hybrid Queen variety of Malaysia or a more flavorful pineapple as the Champaca variety in Hawaii.

Once harvested, the pineapple will not continue to ripen. When fresh, it should have a strong pineapple aroma and the leaves should be stiff and green. On a ripe fruit, a central leaf when gently tugged will pull away quite easily. Pineapple is a perfect complement with many foods and juice blends.

Our products are processed from fresh, full-bodied fruits, free from off flavors. Products are pasteurized, and no preservatives are used. All incoming raw material is inspected, sorted and analyzed prior to processing. Each processed lot is guaranteed to be manufactured in accordance with USDA, FDA and international regulatory requirements. Each lot is tested and will meet our written specifications.

Puree concentrates and juice concentrates can be manufactured to a different Brix if specified in advance by customer.
